The Central Scholarship Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program
The Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program seeks to empower Central Scholarship alumni by connecting them with influential leaders who can provide guidance, inspiration, and access to opportunities, while cultivating the next generation of civic, professional, and community leaders in Baltimore.
Connecting Today’s Leaders with Tomorrow’s Changemakers
The Central Scholarship Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program was created to connect accomplished professionals with the next generation of leaders through meaningful mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
Launched in partnership with the Baltimore Banner’s Emerging Leaders initiative, this program pairs select Central Scholarship alumni with past and present Emerging Leaders honorees to help students and young professionals grow personally, academically, and professionally.
Through one-on-one mentorship, participants will gain valuable insight, expand their professional networks, and build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in their careers and communities.
