Our Mission: Helping Maryland Students Succeed 

For over 100 years, Central Scholarship has been making higher education more accessible by providing scholarships, interest-free loans, and grants for career training. We believe no student should have to give up on their dreams because of financial barriers. Whether someone is pursuing a college degree, vocational training, or certification, we’re here to help make it possible.

By “bridging the gap” of the financial burden of tuition, we empower Maryland’s future doctors, engineers, teachers, and innovators to focus on what really matters—their education and career goals.

• Although our 2024-2025 application has closed, you can apply next year: Keep an eye out for future scholarship opportunities! 

• You can still seek funding through our career training programs: If you're looking for financial support for a certification or vocational program, we may have options for you. 

• Donate to Support Students: Your support goes toward funding scholarships and providing debt-free financial assistance. 

• Spread the Word: Know a student who could use a hand? Share our mission and help connect them to life-changing resources.
